I just love a pretty interior with playful touches. Nothing too feminine, but a touch of pink is always a plus. And, I can’t think of a better way to achieve this than a blush pink polka dot print. I’ve been seeing a lot of this print in the fashion world lately. The combination of a pink polka dot skirt and tan bodysuit makes for a gorgeous outfit. But, then I thought it might be nice to recreate this look in a Foyer design. Naturally, some cute polka dot pillows would be the showpiece in the room. Let’s go over what I have in mind for the rest of this design.
A mocha brown hickory flooring with white walls will create the base for the room. Then, a tan leather bench and cowhide rug will be used to balance out the pink. Textured pillows pair beautifully with the pink polka dot pillow. For the walls, I add a blush toned landscape print flanked by a brass pendant light. Finally, a chose a turquoise woven bowl for a complementary pop of color.
These are the pieces I used to create the mood board above…
1. Brass Pendant | 2. Desert Hills Print | 3. Turquoise Woven Bowl | 4. Tablet Bench | 5. Zigzag Pillow | 6. Hickory Flooring | 7. Pink Polka Dot Pillow | 8. Cowhide Rug
I’m really loving the turquoise woven bowl in this look. It’s definitely my favorite piece. Which piece do you like the most?

The color palette for this look is a pretty mix of pink and tan with accents in warm brown, turquoise and brass. So nice!
