I’ve been dreaming of the beach lately. We’re planning a little trip next month and I just can’t wait to get there. Today’s ‘Beach Breeze’ look is all about the white cottage beach style. Picture a white painted wood paneled room with an exposed wood ceiling. The floor would also be a white painted wood. A modern style four poster bed is the central focus of this design. The other furniture pieces in the room are a rustic white shutter hutch and a weathered gray wood bench. The periwinkle accent color is displayed in the striped accent pillows, the linen sheets and the throw blanket. To soften the look of the bed, sheer white curtains will be draped over the posts of the bed. A wood beach paddle and pale gray lantern finish off the look.
