Fall is in the air and Thanksgiving is just around the corner. So, what is your favorite fall treat? Mine is pumpkin pie, hands down. But, just about any pumpkin based treat is going to entice me. And, I’ve always loved munching on the pumpkin seeds left over from my pie-making pumpkin. But, I’ve never seasoned them more than just some simple sea salt. Until now. I came across this recipe on Against All Grain and now I’m smitten. I can’t wait to head out and pick up a pumpkin at the farmer’s market and get started making this yummy snack!
