Oh, how I love a gray and peach color palette! It’s soothing, yet warm. Feminine, yet neutral. And, it can work flawlessly in so many different interior design styles. This particular palette was inspired by a photo I found of an ancient door in Rome. Isn’t it beautiful? I love the distressed texture of the gray door and peach walls and have lots of ideas for recreating that look in a room interior.
This color palette would work great in any room of the house. But in this case, I’m going to explore the possibilities for a peach dining room with a modern farmhouse vibe to it. I think the colors and textures would work great with this style. Especially, the distressed grays and peaches.

Let’s explore the decor for this look…
So, let’s break down the elements of this design, shall we? I’m picturing white walls as a neutral backdrop to show off all the gorgeous peach decor. Then, greige wood flooring brings in that wonderful distressed gray texture we’re trying for.
Now, we’re ready for the best part of this room… the furniture and styling! I start with a vintage style peach rug under a white distressed dining table. Then, surround the table with ivory linen parsons chairs with rust throw pillows.
Against one wall, imagine a distressed gray buffet table that coordinates with the flooring. And, on another is a built-in bench seat (perhaps a window seat?). To cozy up this bench, we’ll use a lovely collection of a peach throw pillow, an ivory pillow and another one of the distressed rust colored pillows we used on the chairs. I love a great pillow pile. And, these colors and textures are a great finishing touch to the space.

Now for the paint color scheme…
The color combination is what really brings an interior to life. So, let’s take a closer look at this pretty gray and peach color scheme. The base of the palette is a bright white with accents of blush peach, dusty peach, rust red, and a mix of light gray and warm gray for balance. (if you would like to get the paint colors that coordinate with this palette, you can purchase them from my Etsy shop here).
If you want to explore this paint palette in more detail, I have a handy Gray and Peach Paint Color Sample Kit that includes samples of all the colors in this collection. It’s over on my Etsy shop, you can check it out here.
That about sums up my ideas for this color palette. Now, all I need is a project to bring this look to life. Until then, here’s some more interior design inspiration to think about.
