Yesterday, we explored the ‘Primrose Vision’ color palette but, how do you create an interior design in this look? Let’s go over the individual elements that make up this design. You’ll want to start with an ivory colored rug or carpet. I chose one with a very subtle diamond pinstripe for a little pattern. Then, go with a very pale ivory wall paint or wallpaper to create a creamy white room. For the sofa, chose a traditional design with wood details and an ivory upholstery fabric. Now for the color. Use a bright yellow moroccan print fabric to make square ottoman poufs. Then, layer these with a coral pink throw and old books with light brown and duck egg blue covers.
Here are some pieces to get your ‘Primrose Vision’ look started…
1.Italian Herringbone Throw | 2. Moroccan Quatrefoil Fabric | 3. Old Brown Books | 4. Beuvron French Loveseat | 5. Old Turquoise Books | 6. Moroccan Trellis Rug
