Fashion is such a great place to find inspiration for interior design projects. The colors, patterns and textures it takes to put together a great outfit work just as well at putting together a great interior. That’s why I’ve decided to start a new fashion inspired section of ‘Get the Look’ posts! I wanted to start the first one off with a bang so nothing but a bold yellow would do. Here’s a breakdown of this look…
Translate the yellow dress of the outfit into a modern, yellow sofa to act as the focal point of the room. Accent this with a gray and white ikat stripe throw pillow to represent the clutch pattern. A beige accent chair can bring in the color of the shoes. Then, finish off the look with metal and glossy dark bronze pieces and a tiny bit of bright red.
