I have this vision of an Industrial Loft apartment similar to what you could discover through Space Station – london loft apartments that I would love to bring to life and live in. My dream loft would have white plaster walls with a pale gray painted floor. The ceiling would be a weathered gray wood with exposed beams to match. I would have to get a roofing company in austin tx to look at the roofing to make sure no leaks or mold would affect the windows or ceiling. That’s always a big problem with lofts. I’ve always wanted black factory windows so, those would definitely be part of the design. For furniture, white modern pieces would be my pick with a few small pieces in wood and terra cotta for a warm accent. Then, I would want some black details with enamel pendant lights and vintage photographs. To keep this look from being too industrial, I would add lots of live plants for an inviting pop of green.
These are the pieces I used to create the ‘Industrial Loft’ mood board…
1.Viceroy Pendant | 2. Philodendron Plant | 3. Black Factory Windows | 4. Aqua Virgo Dining Table | 5. Walnut Dining Chair | 6. Weathered Wood Planks – White Wall Paint – Gray Floor Paint | 7. Terracotta Pot
