Oh my, my! This look is so perfect for me. I’ve been totally obsessed with this golden orange color for a while now but, when you pair it with dove gray. Heaven! In fact this gray and orange duo is just about the most gorgeous couple I’ve seen in a long time. Just look at how lovely the lacy gray dress looks when paired with the golden orange purse and caramel brown shoes of my inspiration outfit.
One look at this ensemble and the idea for an amazing living room design started to unfold in my head. It all starts with a modern style dove gray sofa with a decorative orange pillow for accent. A set of caramel leather side chairs pull the accent pillow color into the rest of the room. Then, the design is rounded out with industrial pendant lighting and woven baskets with just a touch of black accent.

Oh, I almost forgot the flooring. I’m envisioning a rustic oak flooring for this look with a floral print dove gray rug that has me weak in the knees.

The gray and orange paint palette for this design is so full of life. I love the contrast between the gray tones and the golden orange and caramel brown. Just a slight bit of black adds a nice edge to it all, don’t you think?
