Of all the retro colors that are making a comeback right now, this has got to be the most popular one. Ash rose is stealing the hearts of design enthusiasts the world over and it’s not hard to figure out why. Just look at that rose pink rug above. How do you not fall in love with that beauty? As far as describing this pretty hue, I would also say it could be called a mauve pink or a blush pink. It reminds me of the mauve trend that was so popular in the ’80s.
I was never a huge fan of mauve decor back then but I’m really loving how designers are working it into their current designs. It’s not the kind of color I would cover a room in but in small accents, it can be fantastic. Of course, I couldn’t resist putting a collection of inspiring Ash Rose colored pieces to spark your creativity.
These are the pieces that I used to create the mood board above…
There must be thousands of rose pink sofas adorning the living rooms of America right now. Every single one I found was sold out! But, don’t worry. If you really have your heart set on one of these, they are planning to get more in stock this summer.
Now, we have to get to the important question. Which piece is your favorite in this collection? I’m going to go with the #4 pendant light. I love the mix of the metal with the rose pink glass. Just beautiful!
