We’re nearing the end of the Pantone Spring Color Trends for 2018. I have one more to show you after this one and that’s it. But, don’t worry, Pantone has a whole new collection of colors for us to explore for Fall 2018. I’m looking forward to getting started with those soon.
But, for now, let’s have a look at Pantone Spiced Apple. It looks a lot like Chili Oil but just a little bit darker. There’s definitely a spicy vibe coming off it though with it’s reddish brown undertones. This color could be described as an apple red, dark red, maroon, russet red or even burgundy. Call it what you want, this color is sure to please the red decor fans in the group.
Let’s have a closer look at some decor in this spicy color. These are the pieces I used to create the Spiced Apple mood board above…
1. Persian Rug | 2. Table Lamp | 3. Galen Armchair | 4. Moorcroft Pouf
I have my favorite piece picked out for this roundup. It’s definitely the red vintage rug at the top of this post. I’m also a huge fan of the mid-century modern style chair in #7. Which piece is your favorite?
